Application Requirements
Please complete the following as part of your application:
Yeshiva Application Form
The application can be completed online by clicking the button below or you can download the application below and complete it by hand. If you choose to download the application, you have two options for submission: You can upload the completed form here, or send the completed form to the Yeshiva Office by fax or mail.
$100 Nonrefundable Application Fee
(Applied to tuition upon acceptance)
You can either submit the Application Fee clicking the button below (Select “Application Fee” in the “Apply Payment To” field). Or, you can mail a check to the Yeshiva Office at 400 Mount Wilson Lane, Baltimore, MD, 21208
Two Letters of Recommendation
(from Present Rabbeim)
Letters can be submitted by clicking here or sent to the Yeshiva Office by fax or mail.
High School Transcript
Transcripts can be submitted by clicking here or sent to the Yeshiva Office by fax or mail. Current twelfth graders will submit a final transcript upon graduation.
Menahel’s Report
(Current Twelfth Graders Only)
Please have your Menahel complete the Menahel’s report. You can upload the completed report by clicking here or send the report to the Yeshiva Office by fax or mail
What Will Happen After Submitting My Application?
After you have submitted all parts of your application, Rabbi Weisbord’s secretary will contact you to make arrangements for a bechina.
Financial & Medical Forms: Financial aid forms and medical forms can be completed after the student is accepted.
